Booking, Memberships, Refunds & Waivers

• All classes, workshops, and special events should be reserved through our online booking platform or authorized registration channels.
• Walk-ins are welcome based on space availability.
• Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, as class sizes may be limited.

• Studio doors open 15 minutes before class.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.
• To protect the experience and safety of all students, late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.

• Students may join a waitlist when classes are full.
• If space becomes available, students will be automatically enrolled and notified.
• Students are responsible for canceling their reservation if they can no longer attend.

• Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling may result in the forfeiture of that class session.
• Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions at the discretion of Dynamic Hot Yoga Company.

Classes may be canceled up to four (4) hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

Cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event to receive studio credit.

We understand that life happens. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for studio credit at management's discretion.

Memberships are designed to provide members with convenient and affordable access to our classes and wellness offerings. Benefits may include:

• Unlimited or limited monthly classes based on membership type
• Priority booking access
• Exclusive member events and promotions
• Discounts on workshops, merchandise, and special events
• Access to our supportive wellness community

Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Dynamic Hot Yoga Company.

Founder Memberships are special introductory memberships offered during our pre-launch period. Founder rates are limited and available only for a specified promotional period.

Founder Membership holders may receive:

• Exclusive introductory pricing
• Early access to classes and events
• Special community recognition and perks
• Priority access to future offerings and programs

Founder Membership rates are intended to reward early supporters and may not be available once the studio officially launches.

• Memberships may be billed monthly or according to the membership agreement selected.
• By enrolling, members authorize Dynamic Hot Yoga Company to automatically charge the payment method on file for recurring membership fees.
• Membership fees are charged regardless of class attendance.

Members may request upgrades, downgrades, or changes to billing information. All requests must be submitted in writing and may require advance notice.

Members may request a temporary membership freeze due to medical conditions, pregnancy, extended travel, military deployment, or other extenuating circumstances. Documentation may be requested, and freezes are subject to management approval.

Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing according to the terms of the membership agreement. Membership fees already processed are non-refundable. Memberships remain active until cancellation requirements have been fulfilled.

Returned payments or declined transactions may result in temporary suspension of membership privileges, late payment or processing fees, or cancellation of membership after repeated payment failures.

All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Payments for workshops, trainings, retreats, and special events are non-refundable. Studio credit may be issued in certain circumstances at management's discretion.

Unused and unopened merchandise may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days with proof of purchase. Gift cards, digital products, and opened merchandise are non-refundable.

If Dynamic Hot Yoga Company cancels a class, workshop, or event, participants will receive either a full refund or studio credit at the participant's preference.

• Honor that every person is on a different journey.
• Encourage and uplift one another.
• Refrain from judgment, comparison, or disruptive behavior.

• Arrive early and settle into your space.
• Silence phones and electronic devices before class begins.
• Remain in the room for the duration of class whenever possible.

• Please wear clean workout attire.
• Use a towel during class.
• Maintain personal hygiene out of consideration for others.

• Return borrowed equipment to its designated area.
• Dispose of trash properly.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of the studio.

Dynamic Hot Yoga Company welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, ages, identities, and experience levels. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or hateful conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

Treat our instructors, staff, volunteers, and fellow students with respect and compassion. We believe transformation happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported.

Dynamic Hot Yoga Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose conduct compromises the safety, wellbeing, or experience of our community.
